On September 08, 2016 the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee has issued a permit for commissioning of residential, administrative and business complex - the first stage of construction of Gardens Beijing quarter, located at Bolshaya Sadovaya str., 5, building 1. OJSC " Beijing-Invest" (a subsidiary of PJSC "GALS-Develompent") acts as the investor and developer for the project, and JSC General Directorate Centre performs construction supervision.

The total area of the two 13-storey buildings is 70.8 thousand square meters. 360 residential apartments, administrative and business housing are put into operation. The quarter also has an underground car park for 427 vehicles.

The quarter is located on the territory, adjacent to the Beijing hotel complex. On its upper floors there will be 32 penthouses with panoramic views of the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, Moscow International Business Center Moskva City and seven famous ‘Stalin skyscrapers’. The roofs of the penthouses will contain elements of landscaping and various recreation areas. Due to its unique architectural project and convenient location inside a residential neighborhood complex, Gardens of Beijing will be organically fit in the historical part of the city. The facades of the buildings are made of natural stone. Ground floor is decorated with dark green granite color and stylized oriental ornaments.

Head of the Moscow city urban policy department S.I. Levkin has stressed that "the complex has already fit into the historic center of the city as a sample of classic residential architecture and the standard of comfortable living". Gardens of Beijing was awarded the annual international prize ‘Records of real estate market in 2014’ and the best in category ‘Elite object №1’.
