Moscow Architecture Committee approves the architectural and town-planning solution for the Apartment complex with underground parking (N. Maslovka St., 10 (b)

In February 2019 the Moscow Architecture Committee has approved the set of architectural and planning solutions for an “Apartment complex with underground parking” facility, located at Moscow, Southern Administrative district, Nizhnaya Maslovka str,, building 10 (b). The committee issued a certificate of approval.

In this project CJSC "General Directorate" Center "acts as the managing company for the design and construction phases.

In his opinion, published on the official website of the Moscow Architecture Committee, Sergey Kuznetsov, chief architect of Moscow, specifically highlighted the work of the authors of the project (architectural bureau WALL). Taking into account a relatively small land plot (0.125 hectares), the architects proposed to use two blocks of different heights for apartments and public areas (on the first floors). One of the blocks is a 11-storey tower, naturally attracting attention in a unified parking space with the newly reconstructed ‘Prague’ cinema. The second block, 4 floors, forms the front of the street. The blocks are connected by a courtyard, which matches the concept of “a yard without cars,” and locks the complex into a single structure. The courtyard will provide comfortable conditions for walking – there will be plants, small architectural forms and benches. Besides, the yard borders a nearby park area.

A transparent fence of the courtyard provides a combination of security and openness of space and its unity with the park area. A café with panoramic windows on the first floor offers a view of the park and the ‘Prague’ cinema.

Total area of the complex - 4250 sq. m;
Underground parking for 19 cars;
Total number of apartments - 46.

Completion of construction and commissioning of the facility is planned for 2020.
