In certain cases, the company acts as a fee-developer, providing integrated management of investment projects—from conceptual planning to practical implementation.

Besides, General Directorate Centre is included in the registers of specialized contractors of the biggest Russian banks. This allows the company to provide engineering services, financial and technical audit, expertise  and supervision over investment projects.

The company operates and manages a wide range of project types: residential buildings and hotels, educational facilities, administrative and medical offices, sports facilities, offices, retail and multifunctional areas.

One of key areas of the company’s activities is related to projecting planning and construction of utility systems and facilities, roads and transport junctions.
